    Tucson Foreclosure Sale happens when a homeowner is unable to make a principal and/or interest payment on a mortgage and the lender seizes and resells the property.

    Tucson REO or Bank Owned Homes Sale (also called “Bank Foreclosure”) occurs after a lender has taken possession of a home and in most cases reselling it to recover the unpaid loan amount.
